MENTORSHPE

SHPE at VT is very excited to be starting its first MentorSHPE program this Spring '23 semester! Our program will consist of groups of 4-5 people with both mentors and mentees, and these groups will meet at least once a month to check up on mentees and see how they are doing academically, socially and professionally.

Our goal with this program is for underclassmen to connect with upperclassmen, graduate students, or alumni, who are further in their academic/professional career. That way, our mentees can receive guidance from people who have experience and can guide them in their career.
